Letters below were sent to Dr. Kamil Idris, WIPO Director General to put
him on notice even though he did not answer any of them, see below. Thereby he

Response to Complaint filed with WIPO by the Jewish

Dear Dr. Kamil,
This is to inform you that the WIPO has commenced a proceeding "against me"
instead of to determine the validity of the Complainant's claims regarding
ADLUSA.com which I have owned for three years -- that statement disqualifies the
WIPO as a neutral Arbitrator.
Also, Case Manager Tamara Hutchison disclosed to Complainant confidential
information about my financial status instead of confirming my request for a full
Administrative Panel under California Rules of Court, rule 985, to which the
Complainant has submitted.
Further, Ms. Hutchison was non-responsive, and when I requested her replacement,
she finally responded without addressing inquiries or confirming my request.
With this, I request that the WIPO recuse itself to courts in Simi Valley,
California USA, which have jurisdiction over the location of domain name holder's
address, and to which the Complainant submits, instead of aiding and abetting the
Complainant in an Ambush without as much as a notice of protest prior to filing the
Complaint.
If the WIPO procceeds with the case, it will have submitted along with the
Complainant to the jurisdiction of US Courts, in which I will file an action against
both. My property will not fall prey to biased Arbitrators or those who cross US
borders without exhausting remedies provided under the Constitution of the United
States.

Dr. Kamil,
This is a demand that the WIPO acknowledge submisson to California Rules of Court,
Rule 985, under which due to my low income I am entitled to having court costs waived,
meaning that the WIPO must waive fees for a three person Arbitration Panel requested
by me repeatedly from Ms. Hutchison without a response, who instead disclosed to the
Complainant confidential information regarding my financial status.
Be informed this second time that by accepting this case the WIPO must submit to the
same jurisdiction as the Complinant, namely the courts in Simi Valley, California USA,
which have jurisdiction over the location of domain name holder's address. The WIPO
can not submit to a jurisdiction without submitting to its rules. Be informed that I will file
an action against the WIPO and the Complainant for all damages.

Letter below was sent in order to inform the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation
Center that under its present policy it does not fulfill the requirements of an
impartial Arbitrator, and that when Complainants
submit to
other jurisdictions, so does the WIPO unless the Complainant had previously
exhausted remedies provided by same. Theft of intelectual property will not be

Dr. Idris,
It seems that I must write to you whenever I need a response from
the WIPO regarding procedural matters. If the WIPO were not a
licensed thief for hire, it certainly would be a carricature of an
organization staffed with buffoons like Ms. Hutchison who can not
answer more than one inquiry at a one time. Or, is she possibly a
Jewess dedicated to the Jewish Defense League that put me on its
'watch and monitor list' and informed me that "no one with a Jew
in their firm would hire me"?
Since the Jewish Anti-Defamation League is the Complainant, I
request that no Jews be allowed to sit on the Administrative Panel
or I will add charges of conspiracy to my action against the WIPO
if it procceds with this case. Since you were informed about my
objections and requests, you personally will be held liable for any
damages rising from any of WIPO's prejudicial rulings in this case.
With this be informed that all correspondence with the WIPO will be
documented on my websites to warn domain name owners about predators
like the Jewish Anti-Defamation League and licensed thieves like the
WIPO. That way results of searches of the names of all participants
will yield information regarding their performance. By the way,
instruct Ms. Hutchison to respond to my inqiuries earlier today.

to you whenever I need a response regarding procedural matters.
Tamara Hutchison deliberately answers only one inquiry at a
time, and does so just before the end of her work day so that I
can not make another inquiry in case her response needs
clarification.
Be informed that correspondence with the WIPO will be documented
on my websites to warn domain name owners about your organization.
After requesting a thirty day extension to file my Response I was
granted only five, with which the WIPO confirmed its determination
to assist a predator in stealing my property.
